Where items are physically shipped out to customers, WABBA use Royal Mail where possible but reserve the right to use any alternative carriage, shipping and delivery company we deem suitable at that time.

WABBA try to fulfil all orders within 3 working days and have them ready for dispatch, however, no guarantee can be given that your goods will arrive in the same pristine condition as they left our dispatch centre.

Damage claims for goods delivered in a less than satisfactory state must be made directly to the delivery company and not to WABBA Qualifications Limited who accept no responsibility for any said companies actions and the state of goods once left with the carriage, shipping and delivery company chosen for the delivery of your order.

Once opened, goods cannot be returned for a refund as they are deemed ‘used’ and are classed by WABBA as being ‘second hand’.
