We run a continuous weekly programme of all of the UK'S longest established Personal Trainer, Weight Lifting and Strength and Conditioning Courses from our fully bespoke Personal Training Studios based in Fernwood, Newark. All Courses are fully recognised by WABBA Qualifications - The World Governing Body in over 100 countries.
We will show you the gym training skills and techniques that just aren't taught on any other course in the industry today.
